Bask in the healing vibrations of a Sound Bath Meditation after Sunday Service on March 10! 1:00 PM

Gather with your CCSL Spiritual Community for a wonderful Sound Healing experience!

Melissa and Andrea will bring their expertise and sound healing bowls for an afternoon of meditation and vibrational transformation. Using what is known as binaural beats (which is healing for the parasympathetic nervous system as well reducing anxiety and stress) their crystal singing bowls invite you on a journey of relaxation, cell rejuvenation and energy alignment.

Sound healing therapy uses aspects of music to improve health and well being.

Bring a yoga matt and a water bottle.
