Join us for our morning meditation, led newly licensed practitioner Fran Watson, at 10:00 am, then our always incredible music, with Amy Bishop, Oliver Miguel and the CCSL band, will start right at 10:30.
Everyone is welcome to participate in a free meditation guided by Licensed Ministers and Spiritual Practitioners from the Calgary Centre for Spiritual Living on Sundays 10 am to 10:20 am LIVESTREAM. We practice and teach many forms of meditation, mindfulness, and visioning, many inspired from the many faith tradition from around the world as well as simple secular wellness techniques.
