Sunday Talk – “Ring out the Old, Ring in the New”
On Sunday, December 31, Dr. Pat will speak on “Ring Out the Old, Ring In the New!” Any time is a good time to release what no longer serves us and to embrace what “wants” to happen. However, on Sunday, we will be doing it with intention and clarity by participating in a “burning bowl” ritual. It is a meaningful way of “ringing out the old and ringing in the new.”
Earlier that day at 5:00 a.m. (not a typo), we will have the World Peace Meditation (See below). Lots of opportunities to make a difference in the collective consciousness!
The pre-service meditation, led by a Spiritual Practitioner, begins at 10:00 am Mountain Time. Then, the Sunday Celebration starts at 10:30 am with music by Elevation! (featuring some of the best working musicians in Calgary).
