This is a regular drop-in Grief Support Circle Wednesday December 17 from 6:30 to 8 pm, meeting at the Centre – 4411 Manitoba Road SE.
This group is intended to be a safe place for people to find support, meaning, connection, and healing for grief related to a variety of significant life transitions such as the death of someone close, loss of a relationship, pet, job, health, home, identity, and more.
While our Practitioners are not therapists, they are trained in creating safe spaces and deep listening, conscious compassion and inquiry for those navigating grief in all its forms. Sabrina Mauro and Fran Watson will be leading the group, supported by other Practitioners and practitioners-in-training.
At this time, no registration is required, just show up. A love offering is appreciated. All proceeds will go to the Centre.
The Grief Support Group will run from 6:30 pm to 8 pm on the first and third Wednesdays of the month.
