Sunday Talk – “Overthinkers, Unite!”
Dr. Pat’s talk title for Sunday, May 31, is “Overthinkers, Unite!” We live in a world these days that is so busy and uncertain, many of us have the tendency to overthink things – perhaps as a means of control. What if we could use these active minds differently? Join us on Sunday for a lively conversation on the value of overthinking!
Our morning meditation, facilitated by licensed spiritual practitioner Ron Hahn, begins at 10:00 am (mountain) and our Sunday Celebration, with Elevation!, begins at 10:30.
We have FunDay for kids ages 4-11, and a family room, where you can watch live, for parents and babies/toddlers!
