Dr. Pat’s talk title for Sunday, May 19, is “Awareness, Awareness, Awareness.” One of the guiding principles of real estate is “location, location, location.” Interestingly, one of the guiding principles of spiritual growth is, you guessed it: “awareness, awareness, awareness.” Join us on Sunday as we discuss some practices that expand and enhance our awareness of the good all around us!

The pre-service meditation, led by Rev. Val Benedict, begins at 10:00 am Mountain Time. Then the Sunday Celebration starts at 10:30 am with music by Elevation! (featuring some of the best working musicians in Calgary).
