“THIS THING CALLED YOU” ONLINE book/shop
Book/shop: This Thing Called You
A Six-Week Exploration of Ernest Holmes’ Timeless Wisdom
Join us for a six-week online Book/shop centered on Ernest Holmes’ classic book, This Thing Called You.
A Book/shop is not a traditional book study, nor is it a structured workshop. It is a dynamic conversation where a book becomes the doorway into deeper personal reflection, shared stories, and spiritual discovery. Each week, we’ll gather for 90 minutes in a circle of inquiry, connection, and practice facilitated by CCSL Practitioners Neil Williams and Carrie Styranka. Together, we will explore Holmes’ insights as invitations to experience in our own lives.
What to Expect
Before each session, you’ll read selected chapters from This Thing Called You. Then we’ll come together to:
· Reflect on how Holmes’ teachings are showing up in your daily life.
· Share stories of growth, awakening, challenge, healing, and abundance.
· Listen deeply and discover yourself in the experiences of others.
· Explore spiritual practices, affirmations, and insights you can carry into the week ahead.
· Participate in a supportive community of fellow seekers and practitioners.
The Book/shop is where wisdom becomes lived experience—where ideas move from the page into the heart, where conversation sparks transformation, and where Spirit meets us in both the ordinary and the extraordinary moments of life.
Come not only to study This Thing Called You, but to discover more deeply The Person Called You.
