Everyone is welcome to participate in a free meditation guided by Licensed Ministers and Spiritual Practitioners from the Calgary Centre for Spiritual Living on Sundays 10 am to 10:20 am LIVESTREAM. We practice and teach many forms of meditation, mindfulness, and visioning, many inspired from the many faith tradition from around the world as well as simple secular wellness techniques.
