March 2 Social Event! Inner Stillness Yoga

Svaroopa Yoga classes begin with laying on the floor and doing a guided awareness through the body
and a breathing practice. Then we will do some gentle supported yoga poses to help release tension in
your body and quiet your mind, helping you feel more open and grounded at the same time.

  • Please bring a cozy blanket to cover yourself with, a hand towel for under your head and a yoga mat if you have one.

  • You will want to wear comfy clothes you can stretch in. We won’t be sweating! If you can be ready to come in and lie down 5 to 10 minutes early that would be great!

  • Please have a light snack or lunch before and give yourself some time to digest – it’s best not to have a full belly

  • Register by sending your $20 via e-transfer to [email protected]

The class will be led by Certified Svaroopa Yoga Teacher Heather Wong Ken.
