Original Foundations – Basic Skills for Living an Authentic, Spiritual Life

This is a 10 week, in-depth deep dive into the basics of the philosophy behind our Centre and, more importantly, an amazing class to focus on and grow your own Spiritual Awareness.

Starts the evening of Tuesday October 6 and goes weekly to December 8, with an additional half day on a Saturday a few weeks into the course.

This is the final course being taught by Dr. Pat.

$200 for the 10 week course.

HALF PRICE FOR ANYONE AUDITING THE COURSE  (meaning, if you have taken any previous Foundations course over the past 14 years, then the cost is $100)

Each week will consist of the exploration of spiritual principles and spiritual practices that support those principles. You will learn to use the creative process as well as powerful and practical tools to “change your thinking, change your life” and you’ll experience this adventure with like-minded people!
