On Sunday, December 31, Dr. Pat will speak on “Ring Out the Old, Ring In the New!” Any time is a good time to release what no longer serves us and to embrace what “wants” to happen. Dr. Pat’s talk on Sunday, December 17, is “So You Think You Know the Christmas Story.” Join her as she looks at some of the traditions and stories we think we know so well — and discover where they really came from.
