Sunday Celebration

"Breathe"

Hi all. Dr. Pat here. My talk title for this Sunday, July 31, is "Breathe." Conscious breathing is not only an important spiritual practice on its own, but the word also makes any excellent acronym for how to live a more spiritually attuned life. Come join me on Sunday as we delve deeper into this word and this practice.

Add to that, we have Trevor Uruski playing the didgeridoo for our special music. I can just hear the meditation combining breathing with didge music! Can't wait!

We meet every Sunday in the Orpheus Theatre at SAIT (in the Campus Centre). FREE parking in lot P1! Find us here: http://calgarycsl.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/CCSL-Map.pdf

Meditation is at 9:45, music starts at 10:20, and our Sunday Celebration begins at 10:30 - 11:45! Come catch the vision with us!
