DESCRIPTION:Everyone is welcome to participate in a free meditation guided 
 by Licensed Ministers and Spiritual Practitioners from the Calgary Centre 
 for Spiritual Living on Sundays 10 am to 10:20 am LIVESTREAM. We practice 
 and teach many forms of meditation\, mindfulness\, and visioning\, many in
 spired from the many faith tradition from around the world as well as simp
 le secular wellness techniques.\n\nThis Sunday we have Lance Rath offering
  the meditation and treatment.
