What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Technique is a type of brief therapeutic intervention and a self-help tool, often referred to as “acupuncture without needles” or “tapping therapy”.
EFT was developed in the early 90’s and brings together the principles of traditional Chinese medicine and cognitive psychology by combining stimulation of a series of acupressure points with cognitive restructuring (word affirmations) resulting in relief from negative emotions.
EFT is endorsed by leaders Deepak Chopra, Brian Tracy, Tony Robins and many more. It is used as part of a toolkit by chiropractors, sports coaches and life coaches.
